Many sockets of end of interior connections have no complete hexagon over the entire length of the socket.
The rounded ends of the socket prevent access to the flats of the key. This tool uses six goose legs to start the flats of the key. The long socket slips to the end of the connecting rod and connects to the goose's paw.
The inner draft can be removed and installed without removing the rack.
