Murphy’s Extra Slippery Tire & Tube Mounting Compound (Concentrate)
Murphy’s Extra Slippery concentrated mounting compound is a blend of natural polymers, surfactants, corrosion inhibitors, and stabilizers. It will not soften or swell most rubber compounds.
Murphy’s product can be used in any application where rubber needs lubrication compared to its dry state. It provides a low coefficient of friction to help prevent twisting and cracking; parts won’t bind or seize on metal, allowing for smooth and easy installation.
Used in the tire industry for many years to ensure reliable seals with minimal distortion. It dries to leave a low-slip residue that helps prevent slippage under heavy loads and high torque.
