Steel Diablo Steel Demon ™ carbide saw blades for thick metals are the first carbide cutting edges designed for the extreme metal cut, including high resistance alloys, melting and stainless steel. High performance carbide teeth offer a cutting life 50 times longer than standard bimetallic blades in extremely thick metal cutting applications between 3/16 "and 9/16".

An improved connection between the point and the blade offers extreme shock resistance, while an oversized blade body of 1 "allows more straight cuts with fewer vibrations and chatter. The perma-shield® non-stick coating of Diablo helps the blade to resist the accumulation of heat, preventing scrub and corrosion.
